Which Payment Gateways are Supported ?

Review your choices for payment gateways within Lodgix

To process credit cards using Lodgix you must use one of our supported payment gateways (see below):

Authorize.net

Authorize.net is a payment gateway that allows you to connect your existing merchant account with Lodgix. It is the largest payment gateway in the United States.

For almost all US / Canadian merchant processors (and some in Europe and Australia too!), you can add Authorize.net to your existing merchant account by simply contacting your merchant account representative. Once the two are connected, you can easily integrate Authorize.net with Lodgix.

If you have an existing merchant account, please reach out to your account representative and ask if Authorize.net can be added.

Stripe.com

Stripe.com is a complete solution that combines the functionality of a merchant account and a gateway in one, which means you only need Stripe to accept payments and deposit funds into a bank account.

They offer a very competitive rate and support dozens of countries. It is super easy to sign-up and get started, just visit https://stripe.com/. Once your Stripe account is setup, integration with Lodgix is simple.

Stripe is supported in the United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and the UK.

Workaround for Using Elavon (or other Merchant Accounts)

Although Elavon is not directly supported, you can still use it with Lodgix.com by leveraging Authorize.net as an intermediary gateway. Here’s how:

  1. Contact your Elavon account or merchant processor and request that they enable Authorize.net for your merchant account.

  2. Once Authorize.net is enabled, connect it to Lodgix.com as your payment gateway.

This workaround allows you to continue using Elavon for payment processing while maintaining compatibility with Lodgix.com. This will potentially work for other unsupported services as well. Ask your current merchant account if they connect with Authorize.net. If they do, you can use this same process.
