Lodgix offers one-on-one training sessions to help you get the most out of the software. Whether you are a new subscriber setting up your account for the first time or an existing user looking to learn a specific feature, sessions are conducted at your own pace and tailored to your needs.
All training is conducted via screen share. The trainer will share their screen to walk you through features and can view your screen to help with your specific account setup. No camera is required. You will need a working microphone and speakers or headphones to communicate during the session.
How to Schedule a Session
Visit https://calendly.com/lodgix to book a time. Available slots are displayed in your local time zone. When booking, enter your name, email address, and any notes about what you would like to cover. You will receive a calendar invitation containing the screen share link and dial-in details.
What Training Covers
Sessions are unscripted, flexible, and can cover any combination of topics, including:
Dashboard overview and navigation
Property setup and configuration
Rate management and seasonal pricing
Reservation management and the booking workflow
Channel distribution setup (Airbnb, VRBO, and others)
Automated messaging and trigger configuration
Payment processing setup
Reports and owner statements
Any specific questions or features you want to focus on
If you have particular topics in mind, mention them in the notes field when scheduling so the trainer can prepare accordingly.
How Long Does a Session Take?
Most sessions last between 15 minutes and 30 minutes depending on the number of topics covered and the size of your property portfolio. If you are brand new to Lodgix and need a full walkthrough, plan for a longer session. If you have a specific question about one or two features, a shorter session is usually sufficient.
How to Reschedule or Cancel
Use the link in your calendar invitation email to modify or cancel your appointment. You can also visit https://calendly.com/lodgix to book a new time slot. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
How to Prepare
To make the most of your session, do the following before you join:
Have your Lodgix login credentials ready so you can access your account during the session.
Write down any specific questions or areas where you would like extra help.
Test your microphone and speakers or headphones ahead of time.
Close unnecessary browser tabs and applications to ensure smooth screen sharing.
If you plan to discuss channel connections (Airbnb, VRBO), have those login credentials available as well.
Scheduling Additional Sessions
