General Account Profile settings, configure 2FA for your account

Click on Settings > Account Settings in the upper right corner of your screen.

Configure Account Settings

  1. Login and Billing Notification Email: This is your login email address, and can only be updated by Lodgix tech support. However, you can configure a CC email address

  2. Billing Information: Name, address, and phone number

  3. Change Password: Create a new password for your account

Configure Two Step Authentication

  1. Click the Two Step Authentication tab

  2. Click the Configure Two Step Authentication button

You can enter and verify a mobile phone number, use the Google Authenticator App or use a Security Key to enable two step authentication for your account.

Configure 2FA - SMS

  1. Enter your phone number and click "Send Code"

  2. Enter the code that you receive via text message

  3. Click "Finish"

Configure 2FA - Mobile App

Click the Mobile App tab. Follow the instructions to download the Google Authenticator app then click Next.

Open the Google Authenticator app on your device, then use it to scan the QR code. Click Next.

Enter the verification code generated by the Authenticator app, then click Finish.

Configure 2FA - Security Key

  1. Click the Security Key tab

  2. Enter a name for the security key and follow the steps to add it

  3. You will see the key displayed in your list of keys

  4. Click Finish
