Create a customer portal account USING THE EMAIL IN WHICH YOU BOOKED YOUR TRAVEL RESERVATIONS.
What documentation will I need to provide to process a claim for Trip Protection?
When submitting a claim, please be prepared to provide proof of your travel accommodations (e.g. plane ticket, hotel booking confirmation) as well as documentation on what prevented you from attending your trip such as a medical bill or a police report. Our adjusters will guide you through the claims process depending on your unique circumstances.
