You can print or download a calendar "tape" — a printable view of your availability calendar across a date range — to post on a wall, hand to cleaners, or keep as a paper reference.
How to Print the Calendar
Open the Calendar menu and choose Print Calendar.
In the dialog, set the Starting Date.
Choose the Period (how far the printout should span from the starting date).
Click Download to generate the printable calendar.
