The SMS Messaging interface allows you to send a bulk SMS message to all current guests, or a group of guests that you select. This interface can be found under Settings > SMS Gateway Setup > SMS Messaging

Compose the message that you want to send
Select your recipients
Selecting Current Guests
The interface will show you which current guests will receive your message, and which have opted out or have no number on file.
Preview the results
Add the matching guests to the list of recipients
Guests will be tagged if they Will Receive the message. You can remove them individually with the "x" icon.
Guests will be tagged if they will not receive the message, either because they do not have a number on file or they have opted out
Filter Guests by Stay
Choose the Filter by Stay tab
Filter by guests staying at the property on specific dates, or arriving in a specific date range
