The Staylio guest app is included with all Lodgix.com subscriptions. The app allows you to provide reservation information to guests that download the app, as well as communicate with the guest directly via push notifications. This is available for all guests... direct bookings as well as reservations via the channels. Staylio is available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Guests can access many aspects of their reservation, including viewing arrival and departure details, chatting with the host, signing and viewing rental agreements, and much more, all from a single dashboard.
Staylio App Access
In Lodgix, the "Allow guest to access Staylio" setting under Settings > Staylio App controls whether guests can access the Staylio app. By default, this setting is enabled, meaning guests can use Staylio. If you disable this setting:
All references to the Staylio app and related links will be removed from future communications.
Any existing magic links provided to guests will become invalid.
New magic links will no longer be generated.
This setting will cut off guest access to Staylio if you choose to disable it. To restore guest access to Staylio in the future, simply re-enable this setting.
Staylio App Settings
Within Lodgix, under Settings > Staylio App, there are some settings available to customize what your guests are able to view and access within Staylio. Which include the following settings:
Allow guest to leave reviews
Allow guest to sign and review rental agreements
Only available if Digital Signatures are enabled in your Lodgix account.
Allow guest to view rental agreements
Only available if guests are not allowed to sign and review rental agreements in the app.
Allow guest to view secure rental information
Secure rental information includes directions, Wi-Fi and door codes, check-in details, parking instructions, and custom property variables.

Marketing the Staylio App to Guests
By default, the Staylio App is marketed to the guest during the direct booking process. If you do not want to market the app to your guests, you can turn this feature off from Settings > Booking Page Editor...
