AI Scan is a suite of smart tools designed to help you enhance your property listings. It analyzes your listing details to:
Suggest grammar and spelling corrections.
Identify inconsistencies (e.g., mismatched amenities and descriptions).
Assess content quality, photos, SEO, and guest readiness.
Evaluate guest appeal using multiple quality factors.
AI Scan also generates a property score and offers actionable suggestions for improvement. Please note: AI Scan results and scores are only visible to you—they are never shown to guests and do not affect your visibility on listing channels or your website.
How to Use AI Scan
You can start an AI Scan in two ways:
1.) Click the AI Scan card on your dashboard.
2.) Click the magic wand icon on the Property Details page.
AI Scan Property Score
Your property receives a score based on seven key categories:
Content Completeness
Language & Grammar
Listing Consistency
Content Quality
Photo Analysis
SEO & Discoverability
Guest Readiness
Each category contributes differently to your overall score. Content completeness and grammar are weighted most heavily.
Your score will fall into one of four ratings:
Excellent
Good
Needs Work
Critical
These scores are for your internal use only and are not shared with guests or platforms. Use them to identify areas where your listing could be improved for clarity, quality, and appeal.
