Beyond Pricing Interface
Enable the Beyond Pricing integration
API Key: Beyond Pricing will require this key to integrate with Lodgix.
Enable Properties: Choose which properties to integrate with Beyond Pricing. You do not need to enable all of them.
Viewing Beyond Pricing Rates on the Visual Rates Tape
The Visual Rates Tape will display all rates that are pushed to Lodgix from Beyond Pricing. Note that the VRT will become read only for all properties that are connected to Beyond Pricing, as the data being provided by a third party cannot be overwritten within Lodgix. The Save button will be inactive.
All of the rates / rules interfaces that have been setup in Lodgix will remain the same, however that data is ignored. The VRT will show the rates / rules pushed to Lodgix from Beyond Pricing. These are the rates that will be used for reservations and pushed to any booking channels you are connected to.
Notes
Dynamic pricing pushes NIGHTLY rates only. Any existing weekly and / or monthly rates setup in Lodgix will remain in place for bookings that occur from your website or are taken manually within Lodgix. However these rates will not be controlled by Beyond Pricing.
Minimum night rules are also synced from Beyond Pricing to Lodgix.
