If you have stopped receiving booking notification emails from Lodgix one possibility is that your email address was given a Complaint status at our email delivery provider. This would happen if emails sent to you from Lodgix were flagged as spam.

You can continue to receive emails from Lodgix by "resubscribing" through our provider... essentially you are just confirming that you do want to receive the emails that Lodgix sends.
