To get started with the Lodgix MCP Server, first enable the MCP Server within your Lodgix account by navigating to Modules → Integrations → Lodgix MCP Server, or by visiting: https://www.lodgix.com/app/mcp/.

Once the MCP Server is enabled, connection details will be displayed below. These details provide the information required for automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier to connect to your Lodgix MCP Server.

Write-enabled tools (such as creating or updating work orders) are controlled by the Write Tools Enabled setting.

  • This setting is disabled by default

  • It can be enabled from the MCP Settings page

  • When disabled, all write operations are blocked

  • Read-only tools remain available at all times

After connecting your automation platform, you can begin building workflows that interact directly with your Lodgix data. Using the available MCP tools, workflows can retrieve reservations, properties, guests, work orders, and more to automate reporting, guest communications, and operational tasks across your property portfolio.
