Getting started with the Lodgix Admin App

How to install the app, sign in, and find your way around as a new user.

The Lodgix Admin App brings your Lodgix account to mobile device. It's free, included with your subscription, and built for property managers, owners, front desk staff, and housekeepers.

  • Home dashboard with KPIs and Quick Actions

  • Reservations: search, view, create, take payment

  • Unified Inbox across email, SMS, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com

How to install the app?

How to login?

  1. Open the app and tap Log in.

  2. Use the same email and password as lodgix.com.

  3. Tap Allow when prompted.

The app stays signed in between visits. Install on as many devices as you want.

To sign out: tap More → Account → Sign out.

If a feature is missing, it's almost always a role restriction. If your role should have a feature but doesn't, your Subscriber may need to enable it at lodgix.com.
