1. Click the Settings icon.

2. Click on Saved Replies & PDFs. This is where all PDF documents and email templates are now controlled.

2

3. All default system documents are stored in the Guest, Host, Owner, or Other tabs. In this example we have selected the Booking Confirmation document.

3

4. Clicking on a text section will allow you to edit the content and styling.

4

5. Text styles and container formatting can be controlled from the right panel.

5

6. Click and drag any widgets into the template to quickly add content. Here we are adding a charges table.

6

8. Add a logo by dragging and dropping the image widget and uploading an image from your device.

8

10. Create custom layouts by dragging and dropping column sections from the selection of blocks.

10

12. Documents that you create and any documents that you had created or edited prior to the migration can be found in the Custom tab.

12

13. In this example we will select a custom document that has been migrated from the old template system.

13

14. Any content that is migrated from the old system will be stored as HTML, rather than a text block.

14

15. The content must be edited in HTML, or converted to text.

15

16. To convert the content to text, start by clicking the Extract Text menu item.

16

17. Drag a text block into the document.

17

19. Click in the Text block and paste the extracted text.

19

21. Text styles and container formatting can now be controlled from the right panel. When you are done formating the new text block simply delete the original HTML block.
