If you do not already have one, you will need to setup an account with Stripe.com before proceeding. The process only takes a few minutes.
Connect with Stripe
Once you've setup your Stripe account, return to Lodgix and navigate to Settings > Payment Gateway Setup. Choose Stripe as the Payment Gateway and then click the Next button...
Click the Connect with Stripe button. You will be prompted to login to your existing Stripe account...
IMPORTANT: Your Stripe.com account must be setup prior to hitting Connect with Stripe.
Stripe Interface
Once you are connected with Stripe, you will see the following interface...
Displays the status of your Connection
Reconnect - Click here to authenticate again with the same Stripe account. This is only necessary if Stripe authentication is not working.
Sync - Pulls the latest payment method configuration your Stripe Dashboard. After the sync any new methods enabled in Stripe will appear in the Lodgix interface. Payment methods disabled in Stripe are flagged as unavailable.
Disconnect - Disconnect from the Stripe gateway
Accepted Cards - Select the Credit Card types that you accept.
ACH - Optionally enable ACH payments through Stripe.
Manage your enabled payment methods
Enable payment methods that will be available during checkout on Lodgix. These payment methods must first be enabled at Stripe.

Test the Setup of the Payment Gateway
You will have to test the payment gateway once it is setup by creating a test reservation and processing a small charge. Instructions can be found here.
IMPORTANT: Your first charge when using Stripe.com
Your first payout is typically available 7 days after you add your bank account and take your first successful payment on Stripe. This waiting period can be up to 14 days for businesses in certain industries, and up to 30 days in countries like Brazil. This delay allows Stripe to mitigate some of the risks inherent in providing credit services.
