Vendor management is really a lite contact manager for your vendors. It's heavily associated with the rental expense and work order functionality. You can access the Vendor Manager from Work Orders > Vendor Manager

Add the vendor information and save. The new vendor will be displayed in your vendor list, and be available to select on the work order and rental expense interfaces.
