Outside Office Hours Message: This message will be displayed within the Staylio guest app. The message will only show in the Staylio guest app when viewing the conversation outside of office hours.
Office Hours: Customize the hours and days that you will be in the office and available to chat. If no hours/days are set the outside office hours message will be displayed to guests at all times.

When a guest opens up the chat view within the Staylio app outside of the set office hours the outside of office hours message will be displayed right above the text input area (shown below).
