The "Send To" section of the trigger configuration screen allows you to select one or more recipients for the email or SMS message that is fired by the trigger. The different recipients are explained in this article.
Recipients
Guest: The guest who booked the reservation.
Owner: The owner associated with the property on the invoice for which the trigger fires. Requires the Property Management module.
Cleaner: The cleaner associated with the reservation.
Team Member: Select one or more pre configured team members from the drop down. Note the option to send the trigger to the "Subscriber". This is the master subscriber for your Lodgix account.
All Team Members: All team members configured in your Lodgix account.
All Owners: All owners configured in your Lodgix account. Requires the Property Management module.
