Sometimes you do not want a trigger to apply to reservations from all channels. You can set the trigger to include or exclude a channel or group of channels.

A common example is Airbnb. Airbnb collects payment on your behalf and issues you a payout. For this reason, most property managers exclude Airbnb from their remaining balance due triggers.

Send for Channels

This section allows you to include or exclude certain channels...

Choose Method of Identifying Channels

  • Only Send: Allows you to apply the trigger to only specific channels.

  • Do Not Send: Allows you to exclude specific channels from the trigger.

  • Send for All: This is the default option and will send the trigger to all channels.

Select Channels

If you have selected "Only Send" or "Do Not Send" you must specify which channels to include / exclude from the trigger.
