Work Orders - Lodgix Admin App

How to create and manage work orders, materials, and vendor assignments.

Work Orders track the tasks behind keeping properties running — maintenance, repairs, supply runs, vendor visits. The Admin App gives you the full Work Orders system on mobile.

Work Orders must be enabled at lodgix.com. If the Work Orders tab is missing entirely, your account doesn't have it on, or your role doesn't have access.

Work Order Overview

Each card shows:

  • Work Order number (e.g., WO-1342)

  • Priority chip — Urgent, High, Medium, Low

  • Property

  • Description

  • Assigned to

  • Date created

Tap a card to open the details.

Work Order Details

1. Overview

Number, priority, property, description, assignee, dates. Tap status to move between Open / Cancelled / Closed / Escalated.

2. Problem

A list of details related to the issue covered by the work order, used to describe the issue and track the status of its progress.

3. Materials

Line-item expenses. Tap + Add Material. Enter description, quantity, unit cost, optional notes, and Save.

4. Vendors

Outside contractors. Tap + Add Vendor, search the picker, tap the vendor, and Save. Vendor records are managed at lodgix.com. Each attached vendor shows tappable phone and email. You can attach multiple.
