Lodgix offers integrations with dozens of boutique listing sites through our partnership with NextPax.

Request Nextpax Access

Navigate to Settings > Channel Management > Integrations. Click the "Request Nextpax Publish Access" button. Note that this is a manual review process and can take up to 24 hours.

Once you are approved, choose the channel you want to integrate with and enable the feed...

Configure the various settings for the channel...

  1. Settings: Set a Channel Commission and Rate / Rule Export Period. More information on channel commissions can be found here.

  2. Reuse Feed: Choose to reuse the feed from another channel, or create a unique feed.

  3. Rate Multiplier: Allows you to increase rates only for a specific channel. For example, a rate multiplier of 1.10 would increase all rates by 10% for the selected channel and property only.

  4. Enabled: Select which properties to enable in the feed.

Important! - Rates, Fees, and Taxes

We send the following data through the API for all NextPax channels...

  • Rates

  • Rate Multiplier

  • Discounts (all automatic discounts)

  • Fees

  • Taxes

Discounts are calculated on our end and factored into the static rates table that we send to NextPax for each property. All length of stay, last minute, and automatic promotion discounts are included.

When a guest books through any NextPax connected channel, Lodgix will build the invoice based on the rates, fees, and taxes that exist in Lodgix. As long as no changes were made to the rates, fees or taxes directly at the channel or NextPax, the invoices will match. If there are any discrepancies between the Lodgix invoice and the channel invoice, you would have to compare the two to see what rate, fee or tax needs to be adjusted.
