AI Assistant Memory helps your AI Assistant learn from the information your team provides when responding to guests after an AI reply or AI draft note. By saving approved memories, the AI Assistant can provide more accurate and consistent answers to similar guest questions in the future.
Your team remains in control. Nothing is saved without your approval.
How AI Assistant Memory Works
When you reply to a guest following an AI reply or AI draft note with information the AI Assistant does not already know, it may suggest saving that information as a memory.
For example, if a guest asks about a local service, property policy, or specific instruction that is not currently available to the AI Assistant, your follow-up reply may be used to create a suggested memory if it was sent shortly after an AI reply or AI draft note.
You can review the suggestion and choose whether to save it. Once approved, the AI Assistant can use that information when answering similar guest questions in the future.
Keeping Memories Up to Date
The AI Assistant can also identify when your team provides corrections or updates to information it already knows.
If you reply to a guest after an AI-generated response and provide a correction or updated detail, the AI Assistant may suggest updating the existing memory. This helps ensure the AI Assistant continues using the latest and most accurate information when responding to guests.
Reviewing Existing AI Assistant Memories
Saved memories can be reviewed from the AI Assistant Memory modal within each inbox conversation. This allows your team to view the information the AI Assistant has saved and confirm that the assistant is using accurate and relevant details.
Disabling AI Assistant Memory
AI Assistant Memory is enabled by default.
If you do not want the AI Assistant to save or use learned information, you can disable this feature from the AI Assistant settings within your Inbox settings.
When disabled, the AI Assistant will no longer suggest creating or updating memories from your guest conversations.
Best Practices
For the best results:
Approve memories that contain useful information your team frequently shares with guests.
Avoid saving temporary or one-time details.
Review suggested memories before approving them.
Remove outdated memories when property information changes.
AI Assistant Memory helps your team reduce repetitive responses while keeping guest conversations accurate and personalized.
