Lodgix comes pre-loaded with a series of saved replies that can be edited for your use. Guest centric saved replies can be used within the unified inbox, the triggers system and within the manul guest communication windows.

Where can I edit (or add additional) saved replies?

Go to the primary menu in the upper right corner, and look under Templates > Saved Replies and PDFs, or visit https://www.lodgix/lodgix.com/app/saved-replies/.

Template Selection

There are four categories of communications:

  1. Guest (vacation rental guest)

    1. Guest communications are grouped by time and function:

      1. Pre Booking

      2. Post Booking

      3. Travel Insurance

      4. Payment Requests

      5. Guest Verify

      6. Rental Agreement

  2. Host (you)

    1. Notifications

  3. Owner (property owner)

    1. Notifications

  4. Other

    1. Future Stay Credit

    2. Staylio App

Each item can be edited according to your preferences. New saved replies will always be located within the Other category.
