Accepting Custom Payments

Guests can pay specific amounts toward their invoice using Staylio.

Staylio offers guests the convenience of making custom payment amounts to their invoice. This feature is available for all subscribers who have set Stripe as their payment gateway within their Lodgix account.

Before guests can make custom payments within Staylio, the setting "Allow guest to make payments within Staylio" must be enabled in the Staylio app settings page within Lodgix.

Once this setting is enabled, guests can make custom payments directly within the Staylio app. To do this, they should navigate to the Payments page and select their payment card. A form will appear where guests can enter their card details and a custom payment amount. The amount must be greater than $0 and cannot exceed the remaining balance on the invoice.
