Staylio & Lodgix Integration Guide

To use Staylio with guests on your Lodgix account, you must link your Lodgix and Staylio accounts.

By default, Lodgix will try to automatically create and link a new Staylio account using the email address on your Lodgix account. If a Staylio account already exists with the same email address, you’ll need to complete the connection manually.

When you create a Lodgix account, a Staylio account is automatically created and linked to it. You can manage your Staylio settings either directly within Lodgix or through the Staylio app.

Manual Linking: Staylio & Lodgix

Follow these steps if automatic linking does not complete successfully.

Step 1: Get Your Lodgix Credentials

  1. Log in to Lodgix.

  2. Go to Settings → Staylio App.

  3. Click Connect to Staylio.

  4. If prompted for manual linking, copy the following:

    • Staylio API Key

    • Host ID (Lodgix Subscriber ID)

You’ll need these details in the Staylio app.

Step 2: Connect from the Staylio App

  1. Open the Staylio app.

  2. Go to Settings → Switch to Host Mode.

  3. Under Integrations, tap Lodgix.

  4. Enter the Host ID and Staylio API Key copied from Lodgix.

  5. Tap Connect.

Once connected, your Lodgix account will be successfully linked to Staylio. From that point forward, all newly created reservations will automatically sync between Staylio and Lodgix.

To sync all current ongoing reservations as well as all future reservations now, click Manual Sync.
