The Staylio Mass Push Notification can be found under the Communication Actions dropdown on the Guest List Page.

Creating a Mass Push Notification

  • Title: A concise title for the push notification (max 40 characters).

  • Message: The body of the notification can exceed the visible limit. Please note that if the message is too long, the preview text will be truncated, but the full content will be accessible within the Staylio app's notification menu. Display length may vary by device.

  • Send To Rules: These rules determine the recipients of the mass push notification. If no specific rules are applied, the notification will be sent to all guests with the Staylio app installed. You can combine multiple rules for targeted outreach.

  • Estimated Reach: This represents the estimated number of guests who will receive the push notification. It's calculated based on the Send To Rules, our records of Staylio app installations, and our notification tracking system. This allows us to provide a close estimate of the potential audience.

Mass Push Notification Results

Once a mass push notification is sent, you can view the results for each campaign. The dashboard will showcase a preview of the notification along with a list of the guests it was sent to. You will also be able to see whether the notification was successfully delivered or failed, and if it was delivered, whether the guest opened and read it.

Additionally, a bar chart visually represents the results, displaying the breakdown of delivered, read, pending delivery, and failed notifications. "Pending delivery" refers to notifications that have been sent but not yet delivered. If a notification remains undelivered after 48 hours, it will be marked as failed. This information facilitates effective tracking of campaign performance and guest engagement.
