Occasionally a trigger may need to be sent manually, or a trigger may need to be resent that has already fired. Sometimes an email is accidentally deleted by a guest, goes to their spam folder, or is simply overlooked. In these situations Lodgix provides a method to send / resend the trigger.
Navigate to the Triggers Queue
The Triggers Queue is located in the Conversations tab of the guest control panel. From here you will see a list of all triggers that are set to fire for the reservation.
- All triggers will have a Send button that allows you to manually send the trigger at any time. Sending the trigger manually will not interfere with the automatic triggers. This is just a way to send an additional trigger email completely outside of the constraints of the automated triggers system.
- Triggers that have already been sent will have a "Resend" button that will manually fire the trigger again.
